Diversify your rather meager menu with soups of vegetables and mushrooms, prepare omelettes or soft eggs, from seafood you can choose shrimp, rich in protein and containing few calories, fishing fish, bake meat in the oven. From dairy products, choose low -fat (0% fat) cottage cheese, kefir and milk. Brew your herbal teas (chamomile, mint and St. John’s wort) and drink more water, which will help to cleanse the body during the diet.
