Facial ice

Every woman tries to preserve her youth and beauty. Remain flowering, smooth wrinkles and improve complexion can be with the help of cosmetic ice for the face.

Facial ice is an excellent assistant in maintaining the elasticity and freshness of the skin. Depending on the composition, ice can have an anti -inflammatory or healing effect, tone the skin and smooth out small wrinkles. When ice contacts with the skin, blood circulation in tissues improves, the flow of nutrients and vitamins to skin cells is enhanced. A peculiar massage with a cube of ice helps to maintain the contour of the face and increase the skin tone.

Facial ice use:

Replace the usual tonic to wipe the face and neck with a completely natural remedy consisting of natural products without synthetics and artificial fragrances. Wipe the skin with ice for the face twice a day – in the morning and evening, after cleansing the skin. Wipe the face with a cube of ice along the massage lines for 1-2 minutes. After the procedure, they are not washed out so as not to wash off the beneficial substances that consist of ice.

For normal skin, ice is prepared for the face from a decoction of sage, chamomile and linden flowers, perfectly tonic and restore the skin.

To whiten age spots and freckles prepare ice for the face from rice decoction. To prepare ice from rice, two tablespoons of rice are brewed with a glass of boiling water and insisted, filtered and frozen in molds. Frozen lemon juice (a tablespoon of juice by half a glass of water) will also help to bleach the skin).

Ice

With oily, acne, prepare a strong decoction of chamomile and add a tablespoon of aloe juice to a glass of decoction, for oily skin, ice is also used, prepared from strong black or green tea.

Excellent refreshing and anti -aging effect has mint or lemon balm. Prepare a mint decoction, you can add raspberries or linden flowers if desired and freeze in face ice molds.

For dry and sensitive skin, ice is prepared for faces from decoctions of herbs – plantain, St. John’s wort, rowan berries and linen seed.
