An unusual vacationer appeared on the beach in Rio de Janeiro. It is a sea lion. It was noticed by local residents.
Later, employees of a nature conservation organization arrived at the beach. They pulled a tape near the animal so that no one would disturb it. However, people were already keeping a respectful distance.
According to experts, sea lions often swim to the shores of Brazil in mid-winter and spring. But now it is summer here, and at this time of year you rarely see such an animal. Apparently, the sea lion was brought by a current from Antarctica, and it came out to the beach to rest.
Experts also said that the animal looks healthy. After resting a little, the sea lion headed back to the sea.
